Coaching is a process to help you learn, develop, and take action to achieve your goals in life and work. It is a process to help you reflect on who you are, identify where you want to be, and make a change.

Why work with me?
I am a qualified and experienced life coach and writer. I specialise in working with writers and creatives, but I am more than happy to work with anyone who is feeling stuck and wanting to make a change.
I understand what it is like to feel blocked creatively. I’ve experienced the fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs that make being a writer challenging. But I also know it’s possible to move past them.

Where do we meet?
The sessions are held over Zoom. We’ll arrange a date and time and get started straight away.
What happens during a coaching session?
Coaching helps facilitate deeper thinking to allow you to gain clarity, explore solutions and take action towards achieving your goals. It is the coach’s role to listen and ask questions to guide this thinking.
It’s an equal relationship built on trust. Everything in the sessions is confidential.
For the process to be effective, you should have a focus to work on for each session.
What happens between sessions?
Change can take time and much of the thinking is done between sessions. You might set yourself goals to achieve between sessions, or just take time to reflect on what is coming up for you.
It’s all at your pace and what is right for you.
How much does coaching usually cost?
My 1-hour coaching sessions are £65. My three-session package is £120 (reduced to £40 per hour). For the bank holiday, you can get a discount on the discount.
So, three sessions for just £60!
Is coaching an alternative to therapy?
No. Coaching is not an alternative to therapy. Counselling, talking therapy, or psychological therapies are for anyone who is going through a bad time or is struggling emotionally. Coaching is a form of self-development, helping people unlock their potential to get to where they want to be in their life or career.
